Integrity by Andrew Cohen

I attended a seminar and workshop over the weekend with Andrew Cohen, twenty-first century spiritual teacher and pioneer of Evolutionary Enlightenment.

Cohen defines integrity as the relationship between our deepest philosophical spiritual beliefs and our relationship to life. There is a profound correlation between the two. Integrity is about embodying those higher principles.

In the workplace, integrity is present when leaders bring actions and words into alignment: saying what they mean and meaning what they say, telling people what they know and what they don’t know, by consistently living by clearly stated values, and by delivering on their promises.
