Noreen Joan Kelly is a communication and leadership coach and specialist in the alignment of trust issues.

Noreen holds a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) designation through the world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Co=Being; Active=Doing. Both are vital aspects of coaching. She combines co-active coaching skills with change communication strategy and planning experience developed through 20 years of experience in the communication field.

She also holds a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she holds a Master of Science degree in Communication, Managerial Program, from Northwestern University.

Noreen is a Certified Facilitator of the TrustWorks! Series of Trust Building Products, available through the Ken Blanchard Companies. A published author, Noreen has written on the topic of trust for Leadership Excellence magazine and other publications.

Noreen is a native Chicagoan and lives in Chicago.
