Trust and the bottom line

It is the intangibles that make trust critical to the bottom line:

  • Trusting relationships help increase profitability, market value and competitive advantage, lower costs, and provide greater efficiencies.
  • Creating a bond of trust between managers and employees leads to an increase in morale, lower turnover and improved productivity. The better you communicate and trust, the better your ROI. When you lose trust, you lose the ability to communicate and lead.
  • Partnerships based on trust provide the greatest value to customers at the lowest cost.
