About Noreen Kelly, President of Trust Matters

Noreen Kelly, Trust Strategist and President of Trust Matters, brings more than 20 years corporate experience within global Fortune 500 companies. For more than ten years, Noreen has promoted new initiatives for companies of all sizes, serving as a catalyst for transformation and change and helping organizations to build awareness, understanding and acceptance of new ways of working. She has led change communication efforts for large scale change initiatives to major organizations, and provided public and media relations support to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Her talents in the communication field have also led her to provide coaching and promotional assistance to small businesses in the holistic and healing arts fields.

A communicator, writer, mentor, coach, mediator and facilitator, Noreen offers a broad array of capabilities in public relations, internal communications, change communications, and transition management. Her passions are promoting change initiatives on behalf of an organization, putting projects together in a more visible way to bring credibility and goodwill for a company's product or service, and helping organizations build and promote an environment of trust. Noreen brings a voice of wisdom, leadership and focus by giving her clients structure, clarifying their goals and thinking, and helping them to develop and implement an integrated set of results. She is a source of momentum and motivation for her clients, serves as a connector and bridge builder, and inspires others to take to the day a willingness to be at their best and contribute their best.

Ms. Kelly holds a Master of Science degree in Communication, Managerial Program, from Northwestern University; a Master of Arts degree in Library & Information Science from Dominican University; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from De Paul University. Ms. Kelly has also completed advanced coursework in Strategic Change and Knowledge Management from Northwestern University's Learning & Organizational Change (MSLOC) program.

Noreen is currently a board member of the Independent Writers of Chicago (IWOC) and a member of the International Center for Spirit at Work (ICSW). She has served as Public Relations Chair for the Independent Writers of Chicago, held a board position with the International Association of Business Communicators, served on advisory/editorial posts for the Association of Knowledgework, and provided leadership training for Northwestern University's Undergraduate Leadership Program. Noreen is a native Chicagoan and currently resides in Chicago.
