Welcome! I’m Noreen Kelly, a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), combining co-active (co=being; active=doing) coaching skills with communication strategy and planning expertise and experience in organizational change and transition management, developed through 20 years of experience in the communications field.

Ultimately, I help mentor and coach executives and leaders at all levels to align behavior and communication, communicate more authentically and lead and manage more efficiently and effectively.
